Booking

A booking is confirmed once we have received the advance and sent you a written confirmation with your itinerary and hotel names. Verbal quotes are not a booking.

Payment

Twenty-five per cent of the tour cost is payable on confirmation and the balance fifteen days before travel. For bookings made inside fifteen days the full amount is payable on confirmation.

What the price covers

Only what is listed under inclusions on your itinerary. Airfare, monument entry fees, camera charges, tips and anything personal are extra unless we have written otherwise.

Changes

Hotels of a similar standard may be substituted where our first choice is unavailable. We will tell you before you travel, not after.

Liability

We are not liable for delays or changes caused by weather, road closures, strikes, or any other event outside our control. We will always help you work around them.
