Who we are

Small team, real responsibility

RJ Travel Junction plans trips across Rajasthan, the rest of north India and, increasingly, abroad. We are small enough that whoever answers the phone is usually the person who planned the trip.

That is the good part and the hard part. There is nobody to hand a problem to at five o’clock, and there is nobody standing between you and the work either.

The work

What the jobs here actually are

  • Trip planning

    Building itineraries from a stranger’s half-formed idea of a holiday, and costing them honestly.

  • Operations

    Hotels, drivers, guides and the hundred small confirmations that decide whether a trip runs smoothly.

  • On the ground

    Guides and tour coordinators who travel with groups, and the people who meet them at the airport.

  • Visa and documentation

    Careful, unglamorous work with consulate paperwork, where getting the detail right is the whole job.
