Cancelling a booking

Cancellations must reach us in writing. The date we receive the email is the date we use.

Charges

• More than 30 days before travel — 10 per cent of the tour cost.
• 30 to 15 days — 25 per cent.
• 14 to 7 days — 50 per cent.
• Less than 7 days, or no show — 100 per cent.

Peak dates

Bookings over Diwali, Christmas, New Year and the Pushkar Camel Fair follow the hotels’ own terms, which are stricter. We will state them on your confirmation.

Refunds

Processed within ten working days to the account the payment came from.
