Weddings in Rajasthan
Destination Weddings
Palace courtyards, desert camps and lake-facing terraces — and one team on the ground handling the venue, the guests and every permit in between.
Why Rajasthan
The venue is already built
Nowhere else in India gives you a four-hundred-year-old courtyard, a lake at sunset and a desert camp within a few hours of each other. The setting does most of the work — what it needs is somebody local to make the week run.
We are that somebody. We live in Jaipur, we know which palace actually has the parking, which decorator turns up on time, and which month the lake is full.
- 40 to 800 guests
- October to March is the season
- One coordinator, on site all week

Where
Four cities, four completely different weddings

Udaipur
Lake palaces and terraces
Water on three sides and the Aravallis behind. The classic choice, and the one that books out first.

Jaipur
Havelis and garden lawns
The easiest city for guests to reach, with the widest range of venues at every budget.

Jodhpur
Fort views and blue-city rooftops
Mehrangarh above the mandap makes the photographs. Best from October to February.

Jaisalmer
Desert camps and dune sunsets
For a smaller party that wants something no banquet hall can do. Winter only.
What we handle
All of it
Venue and room blocks
Shortlists with real availability and real rates, not a brochure. We negotiate the block and hold it.
Guest travel
Airport pickups, inter-city transfers and a desk in the hotel lobby so nobody calls you about a cab.
Décor and mandap
Local decorators we have worked with for years, briefed to your palette rather than to a package.
Catering and menus
Rajasthani, Jain, continental or all three, with tastings before you commit.
Photography and sangeet
Photographers, folk musicians, Kalbelia dancers and horses for the baraat, all booked and confirmed.
Permits and paperwork
Venue licences, drone clearance, fireworks permissions and the police intimation, handled quietly.
How it goes
From first call to last guest
- 1
Tell us the shape of it
Guest count, rough dates, the budget you are working to and whether you have a city in mind.
- 2
We come back with venues
Three or four options with dates held, all-in costs per venue and honest notes on each.
- 3
A site visit
We walk the venue with you — or send a full video walkthrough if you cannot travel yet.
- 4
We run the week
A coordinator lives on site from the first arrival to the last departure.
